What do I do if I received my item and it is defective?

  • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at alex@kivitta.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  
  • We will take care of you and cover all the costs of getting you the right item. We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

How much is shipping?

  • We have FREE shipping for all First-time orders and FREE shipping for all domestic orders within the United States!

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do!

How do I track my package?

  • You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at kivitateam@gmail.com.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • Your item ships out within 24hrs of order placement. All item ship from our US facility and travel via UPS to your address, tracking numbers available.

Where do your other items come from?

  • Planit is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Basic Refund Policy

    • Retail Items: If the item is defective, we will exchange it at no cost to you within a 30 day period.

  • For all applicable returns, please email support for the return address.

We process orders immediately after they are purchased through automated software. Unless there was an issue with processing your order, any order that is attempted to be canceled after 60 minutes from the time of purchase shall be considered processed and we can't edit, alter, or cancel an order after it is processed. Any cancellation requests within 60 minutes from the time of purchase will be honored, as long as the order number and/or customer email address used to purchase is in your cancellation request.
